We take the utmost care to ensure your comfort and safety is to as high a degree as possible, so you can enjoy an experience truly unique to NZ’s backcountry. Some tours are subject to seasonal access and weather and river conditions on the day. Accordingly some special conditions apply:
- We reserve the right to alter or cancel any tour for safety reasons. This decision is that of our operator at the time and we request our passengers respect these decisions. We support and accept responsibility for any such decisions.
- We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
- We request passengers with medical conditions or allergies make our guides aware of these. Please do so prior to the departure of any tour so we can be prepared in the event of an emergency.
- Due to the fragile nature of the environment in which we operate, it is a requirement that passengers observe a NO SMOKING rule. Smoking areas may be made available in some circumstances. Thank you.
- Also: Minimum passenger numbers may apply on some tour options Deposits or full payments may be required in advance to confirm your tour.
